Celebrating 20 Years of Designing the Remarkable!
This year marks a significant milestone for us as we celebrate 20 years of designing remarkable incentive travel programs. From multi-day epic road trips through the Rockies to exclusive floatplane trips to remote fishing lodges on the West Coast, we’ve done and seen it all! Our success wouldn’t have been possible without our valued partners, who truly are our recipe for success.
Reflecting on the past two decades, Vivian Tsogas, President and Owner, shared her thoughts:
“We’ve reached this significant milestone thanks to the incredible support from our staff, clients, partners, and vendors. I am deeply honored and grateful to these colleagues and friends who have helped us achieve this success. As we continue to Design the Remarkable, our core values remain at the forefront. These values, along with our partners, will be the key ingredients to our recipe for the next 20 years of award-winning DMC work in our spectacular destinations.”
To celebrate this milestone we wanted to share our passion for our destinations by giving back to the communities we live in. Over two dates, our team including invited guests prepared healthy soup for those in need through the Soup Sisters and Broth Brothers organization. In total, we made about 200 litres of soup, which was delivered to four different shelters and charity organizations in Vancouver. Click here to see us in action at our December 4 event.
Below is an excerpt from the heartfelt letter we received from the organization:
*”There’s nothing that says ‘we care’ as much as a warm and nourishing bowl of soup, and your team made an incredible amount of beautiful soup for our community in need. Atira is so very appreciative. Every time a group comes together and makes soup, the recipient agency not only becomes better nourished but also nurtured by members of their own community. This goes a long way in supporting them on so many levels. We know that this very simple gesture of homemade and nourishing soup also carries with it a very strong message of concern that reaches them directly. Since our launch in Calgary in March 2009, we have delivered over 4 million ‘Hugs in a Bowl,’ and we thank you for your meaningful contribution!”
These events were a win win for everyone involved and we can’t wait for the next 20 years!
